1. Eat grilled or boiled meat such as steak and chicken instead of fried meat. Add spices to make it taste even better.

2. {Give up the soda. If you have a soda or two every day you are adding empty calories. If you find it hard to stop completely, cut back at first and drink water instead|Stop drinking soda. Those are empty calories so cut back and substitute water. (Note that the average person adds 90,000 calories a year from sipping juice or soda. WOW! That’s a great tip.)

3. Don’t buy junk food. Shop from a list. If you don’t have junk food at home you won’t eat it.

4. Give yourself a treat. When you skip a food for a long time you end up craving it more, and eventually binging. Taste a treat once a week, or even once a day in smaller quantities. Don’t go crazy, remember the rule of moderation.

5. Use a smaller plate to trick yourself into thinking you’re eating more than you really are. (Not only are you tricking yourself, even if the trick doesn’t work it’s easier to stop eating when the plate is empty and there’s no more food available.)

6. Rob a bank and get caught. They serve a balanced diet in prison. (Um, no. That’s a bad idea.)

7. A way to ensure you gain more weight is to try all those quick diets then ping-pong back the other way when they’re done. Don’t try them.

8. Do exercise many times a day. If you’re watching television, do some push ups or crunches. (That’s a great idea to increase caloric burn.)

9. Measure your food. If you have junk food remember to measure and control the portion. (Portion control is a big part of a healthy diet. Most restaurants and even people at home serve portions that are too large.)

10. Step in front of a moving train. You’ll wake up from the coma a slimmer you. (Another bad idea. It’s best to stick to ways to lose weight while remaining healthy. After all, the ultimate goal is improved health.)

11. Create good eating habits through repetition. (It’s said that if we repeat something 21 times it becomes a habit. Sometimes the number is different, but the idea is the same. Will power is only necessary to repeat something enough times for it to {become|turn into a habit.)

12. Eat slower. The body doesn’t feel full as fast as you can eat, so people tend to eat beyond full.

2. On the second day breakfast consists of black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water, One egg (any style,) 1 piece of toast, and 1 banana. Lunch consists of 1 cup of cottage cheese or tuna, 5 saltine crackers, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water. Dinner consists of 2 beef franks or hot dogs, one half cup of carrots,1 banana, 1 cup of broccoli or cabbage, one half cup of vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

3. And lastly day three breakfast consists of black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water, 5 regular saltine crackers, 1 ounce(slice) cheddar cheese, and an apple. Lunch consists of a hard boiled egg, one piece of toast, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water. Dinner consists of 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1 cup of melon, one half cup of regular vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

Lemons, salt and pepper, and mustard can be used as wanted. You can also make some switches such as cottage cheese for tuna, an orange for grapefruit, and frozen yogurt for ice cream. Please remember that this fast weight loss diet is meant to be a 3 day diet, only to be eaten in conjunction with an overall balanced diet. Another great idea is to ask a nearby hospital what they serve to patients on low calorie diets.

Tips to lose weight in 1 Week

Losing weight is a matter of taking in fewer calories than you burn. Once a healthy diet is planned it’s time to get down to exercise. This means 30 minutes a day seven days a week of aerobic work. Walking is a tolerable, low impact way to accomplish this goal and more importantly to stick with it for a long time. Here are a few walking tips. This is a very good tips to lose weight.

Walking for 30 minutes a day seven days a week is a great start. In fact, it’s much better than the five day, or even three day, plan that many experts recommend. 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 times a week just isn’t enough. The body needs work every day. But then more can be added. Additional exercise, outside that 30 minutes a day seven days a week, is easy. Park the car further from the store or office, then walk. Instead of gobbling a bagel while riding the elevator up to your floor, enjoy a some fruit while walking up the stairs. When it’s time to remove leaves use the old fashioned hand rake rather than the leaf blower. Muscle power is exercise. If you have kids get involved in their games of tag, or chase. They’ll love it and so will your waist line.

Intervals can be added once the walking has been established. {Intervals are short bursts of increased activity sprinkled into a normal routine. Start out by running for 30 seconds every 10 minutes of the walk. Gradually increase this to a one minute run every five minutes, which would work like this. You walk for the first four minutes, then run for the fifth, then walk the next four minutes, run the next minute, and so on for the whole 30 minutes. Keep in mind that a run is not a jog, it’s faster, it’s a sprint. So if you have to work up to run with jog at first|After a short period of walking run, then walk again, then run.

Walking to lose weight is healthy, no doubt. But it’s also a great way to get around the neighborhood, meet neighbors, and see things you probably never see while driving around everywhere you go. If it gets boring you can ask a spouse or family member to walk with you. Make it a family affair, or get the whole neighborhood involved. 3. Build muscles with weight training at least three times each week. Bigger muscles make your metabolism speed into overdrive.
